Thank you, Haila, and good morning, everyone. Thank you for joining us today. With me on the call are Mr. Adi Sfadia, Gilat’s CEO; and Mr. Gilad Landsberg, President of Gilat Defense. Earlier this morning, Gilat issued a press release regarding its acquisition of Comtech’s Satellite and Space segment.
